On the 25-28 of March, successfully started the third wave of the international project THEA Ukraine X, organized with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Muenster University of Applied Sciences. Alla KRASULIA, a senior lecturer at the Department of Germanic Philology of the Faculty FPSC of Sumy State University, is one of the project participants.
The cultural face of SumDU is the “Akademichna” Art Gallery, thanks to whose activity an art collection has been collected. Students and professors got acquainted with its works at exhibitions at the University, and now these works have found a place on the pages of the album “Art Collection of Sumy State University”.
On March 27, a traditional online conference, "The Educational Process through the Students' Eyes," was held at the Faculty FPSC of SumDU. The participants of the event were students of various courses and specialties of the Faculty, dean of the Faculty Olena SUSHKOVA, heads of departments, and professors.
On 25 March, the head of the Department of Journalism and Philology, Volodymyr SADIVNYCHYI, and Antonina PROKOPENKO, vice dean for admission support, met with the graduates of the Specialty 061 «Journalism» of the Machine-building professional college of SumDU.
The Faculty FPSC of SumDU joined the all-Ukrainian informational and educational thematic campaign "National Reading Week. Poetry Week", initiated by the state institution "Ukrainian Institute of Book". During the week, from 16 to March 24, the Faculty held several thematic events dedicated to popularizing poetry.
The team, which included students of the Faculty FPSC of SumDU, became one of the three winners of the student ideas forum "Sumy: reinvent" held on March 11-15 in Sumy.
On March 18, the Vice Dean for Admission Support of the Faculty FPSC, SumDU, Antonina PROKOPENKO, took part in a career guidance event for 10th-grade students of the physical and mathematical profile of the Sumy Secondary School №12, organized by the Faculty of Technical Systems and Energy Efficient Technologies of Sumy State University.

On the 15th of March, the winners of the poetry and literary translation contest "Alter Ego", held by the Department of Germanic Philology of the Faculty FPSC, SumDU, were awarded at the ceremony.
On March 9, eleventh-graders of Sumy schools, students of preparatory courses for NMT at the Department of pre-university education of SumDU, got acquainted with the specialties of the Faculty FPSC. The acquaintance took place with the help of an exciting travel game based on the popular book by American writer Chris Van Allsburg "Jumanji".
Journalist students of the Faculty FPSC, SumDU, together with Maryna Sadivnycha, assistant of the Department of Journalism and Philology, attended an online meeting with the expert of the Media Center of the Ukrainian Community in Austria, the author of the German-language book "Russia's War against Ukraine: What is it? Facts and prospects" by Oksana Stavru. The topic of the meeting was the discussion of the discourses on the media environment of Germany and Austria, in which the Russian-Ukrainian war was covered.
