The THEA Ukraine X project "Multiplication Trainings for Higher Education Administrators in Ukraine" with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and FH Münster University of Applied Sciences, Germany, has been successfully completed.

The Programme of professional development and training for Ukrainian university administrators in the field of internationalization of higher education and scientific management was developed and implemented by FH Münster's Centre for Quality Assurance and Enhancement in cooperation with Sumy State University and other Ukrainian and German experts from February to September 2023. THEA Ukraine X is a continuation of the THEA Ukraine project (2019-2021).

Two groups of six participants were selected within the Programme to become trainers for colleagues from several Ukrainian universities. The chosen members had to develop an educational concept for their HEIs, implemented with the support of a tandem coach during the project. One of the tandem coaches was Alla Krasulia, a senior lecturer at the Department of Germanic Philology. In cooperation with professor Olena Kuzmak, a head of the Department of Quality Assurance of Educational Process, Licensing and Accreditation of Lutsk National Technical University, the representative of SumDU organized and conducted the Guarantor's School. It was a professional development course for the scientific and pedagogical staff of LNTU. The course topic was "Flexible Ways to Improve the Quality of Higher Education in Times of Changes". During the training at LNTU, Alla Krasulia talked about the best practices of "Implementing Virtual Mobility in the Educational Programme to Improve the Quality of Education".

The reporting conference THEA Ukraine X Summer Camp in Münster was held from 26th to 27th June. The project participants considered current topics of higher education management in terms of flexibility and used networking opportunities to strengthen the sustainability of higher education management in Ukraine. Within the project implementation, the final meeting was held on 8th September.

In addition to developing professional competencies and forming managerial skills necessary to manage higher education, THEA Ukraine X aimed to establish a fruitful exchange between German and Ukrainian scientists and administrators and make sustainable regional networks in Ukraine.
