On May 15th, the scientific community of Ukraine celebrates its professional holiday. On such an occasion, the achievements are summed up, and the most significant results are determined. The Faculty FPSC has a lot to be proud of in the scientific field.

There is no need to emphasize all the Faculty's merits because there are many of them, and they are recognized at the university and state level. In particular, active development and a high level of scientific achievements confirmed by the State attestation of higher education institutions' implementation. The Faculty FPSC, SumDU, joined the highest qualification group A due to scientific activity in the "Humanities and Art" field, embodied there. All lecturers, staff, students, and postgraduates of the Faculty, those, who understand the importance of scientific research, aspire to constant development, and are not afraid of daily laborious work, are related to this outstanding achievement.

And, as you know, achievements determine the award. On Science Day, the rector of SumDU honoured the scientists and structural units for the highest merits in scientific activity. The Faculty FPSC is represented in three categories:

"Leader of publicist activity" - the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Sociocultural technologies.

"Training of academic staff" - Olena Tkachenko, head of the Department of Journalism and Philology.

"Student Research Activity" - Valeriia Rava, a master's student in Philology.

- It is a great honour for me, - Valeriia Rava shared her emotions from the award. - First of all, I owe a lot to my research supervisor - Antonina Prokopenko. She always inspires, motivates, and helps in the process of research activity. Of course, science is a very responsible thing, and I always want to do more and better, to achieve more than possible.

Constant development and new goals, excitement and challenges, motivation and understanding that you can do better, conquer new heights, achieve more significant victories - this is probably the secret of success.

To all my fellow students who are just beginning their journey into research work, I wish inspiration, perseverance, diligence, and self-confidence! And to experienced scholars, who are guides in this fascinating and mysterious world, I would like to wish an endless flow of ideas and discovery of new, hitherto unexplored horizons of science.

The Faculty  FPSC also distinguished at the competition "The best young scholars of SumDU", which was held at the university for the first time. Among young scientists in the category "Humanities and Arts», the best was named senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Sociocultural Technologies Mykola Nazarov.

- I am certainly glad that "Humanities and Arts" direction is represented at the competition, - said Mykola Nazarov. - As the state needs to develop harmoniously, it is essential for the university to develop different scientific directions and schools. My result is the cooperation with dozens of colleagues of the department and the Faculty, with whom we have implemented joint projects and published the research results. I congratulate all scholars on the holiday, and I wish you to continue to see the meaning in your work and to enjoy its results!

#Faculty_FPSC_SumDU sincerely congratulates all scientists, both young and experienced, on this fantastic holiday. May the flame of scientific search, which burns in your soul, never go out, may every day give you discoveries and helps to change the world for the better.
