Student government of the faculty FPSC, SumDU can be called the most creative one. And while the opportunities for live events and exciting promotions are far from the same, new ideas are emerging and being implemented online. One example of this is the appearing on Instagram of masks with the symbols of the faculty.

The first mask appeared in 2019 due to the efforts of Volodymyr Bendiuh, a student majoring Philology.

 - Being a first year student, I wanted to immerse myself fully in the life of the university, so I participated in various activities, and later - joined the team of student government. When I became a member of the student dean's office, I learnt that the faculty does not have a media fan service at all. So I decided to rectify the situation. The first idea that came to my mind was to create an Insta-mask. It took a few days to develop, and a week later the mask appeared on Instagram.

Another mask has been created recently. It differs from the previous one not only in image but also in functionality. The "trick" of the novelty is the specialties of the faculty, the names of which change randomly.

I was inspired to create by student self-government and boundless love for my native faculty, - says the author of the mask, a student majoring "Management of socio-cultural activities" Nikita Lynok. - I spent about four hours developing it. He took the existing options with a randomization algorithm as an example.

The purpose of Insta-masks from the faculty FPSC students is to popularize specialties and invite potential entrants to our university family. The students themselves are delighted with the masks, because it is not just an interesting pastime, but another chance to say that FPSC is really the #the_best_faculty_in_the_galaxy.

Have you already tried the latest Insta-mask? If not, go to the page of student self-government of the faculty FPSC on Instagram and look in the fixed stories "Competition".
