We congratulate Oksana Illivna NEFEDCHENKO, lecturer of the Foreign Languages Department of Faculty FPSC, SumDU on a successful defense of the thesis and acquiring the degree of  Doctor of Philosophy (specialty 011 - Pedagogical Sciences).

The thesis entitled "Formation of techniques of heuristic education in Ukrainian higher pedagogical school (late XX - early XXI century)" was defended on November 7th at the session of specialized academic council D 55.053.01 at Sumy State Pedagogical Institute named after A.S. Makarenko.

The work was devoted to detection of conceptual and semantic characteristics, behavior pattern of formation and development trends of basic heuristic education techniques in the research of modern domestic scientists, and find out the possibility of their creative application in up-to-date higher pedagogical school.
