As a part of the project "Research of the ways to improve the structure and the employment rate of the population in the working-class territories of Sumy region" which is being implemented by the scientists of the Faculty of Foreign Philology and Social Communities of SumDU, a strategic session was conducted.
The event was held on February 12 at the Sumy State University Congress Center. The purpose of the session is discussing and finding a shared vision of "growth points" inside Sumy community. Management of the department of social protection of the population of Sumy regional state administration, business representatives, scientists and students took part in the meeting.
PhD in Political science, Senior Lecturer at the Department PPST Mykola Nazarov presented in his work the result of the research of his team in the study of demographic situation, structure of employable population of Sumy United territorial community, the level of impacts of unemployment and migration. The questions of finding community growth points to improve the level of employment and reasonable prospects of research methodology were discussed.
Project "Research of the ways to improve the structure and employment rate of the population in the working-class territories of Sumy region" is implemented by the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies of the Faculty of Foreign Philology and Social Communities of SumDU in the cooperation with the Department of Social protection of the population of Sumy regional state administration, with the support of European Union.
