On November 3, 2023, the German edition Südwest Presse published a material about the work of twenty-fourth Summer School "Language, communication and identity of the Danube region", which was attended by the representatives of the Faculty FPSC, SumDU.

In the material "Critical view of language" it is stated that 23 participants from the countries of the Danube region, together with experts, developed joint projects, considered the language issue from different perspectives. The background is the heterogeneous linguistic landscape of the Danube region, which represents not only cultural wealth, but also a challenge, as the language issue in particular is abused, using it as a means of political manipulation.
