The team of authors of the Department of Language Training for Foreign Citizens of the Faculty of FPSC of SumDU has created new textbooks for foreign students to study the Ukrainian language. 

– The Department received a task to developing these textbooks for learning the Ukrainian language according to the new standards introduced by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The new A1, A2 and B1 manuals are intended not only for students but also for all foreigners in general. We have tried to embody everything in these books the new standards write about - the required lexical and grammatical minimum, sufficient to pass the exam and get certified.

The students of the training department will study by these very textbooks. At advanced stages there will be used other books. Creation of workbooks is planned for improvement of practical skills, - stated the head of the department Larysa V. Bidenko. 

At present, any foreigner who wants to learn Ukrainian can already use the textbooks created by the team of authors of the Department of Language Training for Foreign Citizens of the Faculty of FPSC of SumDU. Books can be obtained from the University Library and are also available for sale.
