Director of Research Center for Regional Security, the Faculty of Foreign Philology and Social Communications of SumDU, PhD Mykola Nazarov became one of the authors of the young scientists’ project. The project was competitively selected for state budget funding.

According to the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1529  December 09, 2019, the project "Development of the methodology of cooperation of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine to combat the legalization of criminal incomes", developed by a team of young scientists of the Educational-scientific Institute of law and the Faculty of Foreign Philology and Social Communications has gone through a competitive selection process. From January, 2020 this project will receive state funding. Doctor of Laws, Associate Professor Oleh Rieznik is the Head of the project.

Mykola Nazarov will conduct analysis of current legislation on combating the legalization of criminal proceeds, as well as studying the European experience of public authorities cooperation in combating corruption.
