On November 2-3, 2019, the 75th “Art-Praktik” International Art Therapy Festival was held at Sumy State University. One of the co-organizers of the festival of psychology and art was the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-cultural Technologies of the Faculty of FPSC of Sumy State University.

The programme of the festival met the requirements of the most demanding participants (about 160 people attended the event): there were held more than 30 workshops and trainings from such topics like "Adult Children - Adult Parents: How to Learn to Understand Each Other" to "How to Discover Yourself and Tell the World about It by Means of Writing". 

The participants of the festival overcame their fears and learned to control their own body, they drew the future and sought harmony, purposefully moving through personal and professional growth.

Not only did the festival allowed the participants to acquire new knowledge and skills and open their own capabilities, but also proved to be a stepping stone to new joint projects.

Participation of psychology students of the Faculty of FPSC of SumDU in workshops and trainings has become extremely useful for the formation of professional competence.
